This page explains what we collect when you use mommyai.net, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Mommy AI is a brand run by How To AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16273204), whose registered office is 5 Kingsmead Avenue, Surbiton, KT6 7PP, United Kingdom. If you have a question about your information, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you ask for the free One Page, we collect your email address. We also record whether you ticked the box to hear from us now and then.
When you buy the kit, you pay through Lemon Squeezy, which sells the kit on our behalf. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. It shares your name, email address and order details with us, so we can help you with your order. We never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
- To send you the free One Page, or the files you bought.
- To answer your questions, and to handle refunds.
- To send you occasional practical ideas, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the records that tax law requires.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
- GoHighLevel runs this website, holds our email list and sends our emails.
- Lemon Squeezy runs the checkout. It takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and delivers your download.
These companies may store information outside your country. They are required to protect it.
Cookies
The website and the checkout use cookies they need to work, and to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection regulator where you live. That is the ICO in the UK and the Information Regulator in South Africa. In the EU, it is your country’s data-protection authority.
Children
Our products are for parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
