These terms cover buying and using the AI-Ready Family Kit from mommyai.net.
Who you buy from
Mommy AI is a brand run by How To AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16273204), whose registered office is 5 Kingsmead Avenue, Surbiton, KT6 7PP, United Kingdom. Our checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the kit on our behalf as the “merchant of record”. Your payment, receipt and any sales tax or VAT are handled by Lemon Squeezy, under its own terms. The kit itself is created by Mommy AI.
What you get
The kit is a set of digital files: PDF guides and workbooks, an ebook edition of the complete guide, and a text file of prompts. The Starter Kit and the Complete Kit contain the files listed on the sales page. You get a download link straight after payment, by email and on screen.
How you can use it
The kit is for you and your family. You may:
- read it on any of your own devices;
- print copies for your household.
You may not resell it, share the files publicly, upload them elsewhere, or pass them on to other families. If you would like to use the kit with a class, a co-op or another group, email [email protected] and we will help.

The kit gives general information to help parents think and talk about AI. It is not professional, legal, medical or educational advice. AI tools, school rules and laws change often, and they differ from place to place. You know your child best, and decisions about your family remain yours.
Refunds
If the kit is not right for your family, you can have your money back within 14 days. See our refund policy.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make the kit accurate and useful. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the consumer protections of the country you live in.
