Refund policy

If the kit isn’t right for your family, email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Include your order number if you have it; it’s in your receipt email.

What happens next

We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, which ran your checkout. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Once you’ve been refunded, please delete your copies of the files.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don’t usually give refunds, because the kit is a digital download. If something has gone wrong, such as a file that won’t open, email us anyway and we’ll put it right.
